The Firm provides services relating to both criminal and civil matters. As to criminal matters, we have rendered advice on anti-trust, cryptocurrency exchange and IP rights infringement. This includes representing our clients before Japanese Customs for the destruction of imported infringing goods and the filing of criminal complaints, where necessary to protect our clients’ rights. As to civil matters, we have represented our clients in areas such as cross-border litigation disputes including execution of foreign judgements, interpretation and enforcement of contracts, personal injury claims, disputes on corporate-to-corporate partnerships, license agreements, and distributorship agreements.
