How was living in Osaka in reality to what you had imagined before you arrived?
Before arriving, I imagined Osaka as a bustling city with a rich culture. After living here, I’ve found that it’s even more dynamic and welcoming than I expected. The people are incredibly friendly, the food is amazing, and there’s always something new to explore.
How would you describe your co-workers?
My co-workers are friendly, easy to get along with, and always willing to help. It's a great environment to work in.
Do you feel like you're having an impact directly on the clients that you work for?
Yes. It's rewarding to see how my efforts contribute to solving their problems or improving their experiences.
What is the best thing about being a part of a global team?
The best thing about being part of a global team is the supportive and understanding environment. Everyone respects and values each other’s perspectives, which creates a space where collaboration feels natural and rewarding. It’s inspiring to work with people from diverse backgrounds who are not only talented but also genuinely considerate and open-minded.
What are the challenging or difficult aspects of your work?
At the beginning, the job was quite challenging as the learning process was intense. However, it was also very meaningful, as it helped me grow both professionally and personally.
My three fondest experiences in Kansai were
wearing a kimono in Kyoto, enjoying the seaside in Wakayama, and going to a live music show in Osaka.
I am looking forward to
traveling to more places across Japan, exploring its diverse landscapes, cultures, and traditions.
When I am not at work, I am ...
sleeping, coffee hopping, exploring around Kansai.
What is the best thing about being a part of a global team?
It's always interesting to speak to people from all over the world.
What advice would you give a potential new colleague?
My advice would be to come in with a flexible mindset and stay curious. Everyone here is supportive and willing to share their knowledge. It’s a great environment to learn and grow, especially when you embrace the opportunities to collaborate and adapt.
