How was working in Osaka in reality to what you had imagined before you arrived?
The reality of living in Osaka is what I had imagined and more. Before living in Osaka, I was aware of the high quality and affordable standards of living but actually experiencing it is different. The wide array of food and access to other beautiful places like Nara and Kyoto are just some of my favorite things about living in Osaka.

What would you say makes someone successful at the Firm; and more specifically, what factors have made you successful at Firm?
I would say a person able to work in a team, able to take criticism and can work in a meticulous environment would make someone successful at the Firm. Specifically, I would not consider myself "successful" at the Firm yet but I believe factors that may lead towards that success would be conscionable performance and maintaining a positive outlook.
What is the best thing about being a part of a global team?
Some of the best things about being part of being a global team are learning about the law from different jurisdictions and learning about the culture and experience of my teammates. Our differences are very interesting and contribute to our unique work and dynamic.

What would you say makes someone successful at the Firm; and more specifically, what factors have made you successful at Firm?
I think what makes someone successful at the Firm is resilience and open-mindedness. You will always be challenged to be creative and efficient while quickly learning about the law. However, if you are resilient and open to learning and growing, I think you will be successful. That is something I wish to achieve in the near future.
