How was living in Osaka in reality to what you had imagined before you arrived?

I wasn't sure what to expect before I arrived, as I was moving to a new place speaking a language I'm unfamiliar with. Nevertheless, it has been a great experience.

How would you describe your co-workers?

Very knowledgeable and always kind.

Do you feel like you're having an impact directly on the clients that you work for?

Yes. It always feels great when the client takes our advice.

What is the best thing about being a part of a global team?

There are many interesting people from all over the world to meet at the office.

What are the challenging or difficult aspects of your work?

Reporting bad news to the clients can be quite difficult at times, but we always try our best to find a best solution in the bad news.

I am looking forward to

experience the winter season, as I grew up in a tropical country.
