How was Japan in reality to what you had imagined before you arrived?
To be honest, Japan met my expectation in every aspect. Before coming here, I equipped myself with a lot of knowledge about Japan by reading articles and watching documentaries. And of course, the feelings of experiencing things in reality are always much more interesting than through media.
How would you describe your co-workers?
They first impressed me by their warmth and friendliness. Gradually, I found their acumen at work and the relentless effort in contributing themselves in the process of creating value for the firm. They are not only great colleagues but also everyone-must-have friends in real life.
Do you feel like you're having an impact directly on the clients that you work for?
Certainly, since I understand my main work is to accelerate capital turnover for my firm and therefore, promote capital turnover for my clients. The thinking of having an impact directly on the clients is also a motivation for me to complete my tasks.
What are the challenging aspects of your work?
The requirements for the work in our firm are so high and our clients are also particular. However, no matter how challenging the work is, we still need to not only simply finish it but also meet the clients' satisfaction since our mission is to provide the best service in the shortest amount of time.
When I am not at work, I am ...
watching movies. Japan has a dense system of cinemas and transportation is also convenient. My aim next year is to experience all cinemas in Osaka to find out my most favorite cinema.
I am looking forward to
conquering Fujisan in summer, dipping in an onsen in autumn, visiting Shirakawa-go in winter and going to Chureito Pagoda in spring at cherry blossom season.
What have been your 3 fondest leisure experiences in Japan?
Exploring Kyoto on weekends, watching movies after work and riding on the roller coasters at Universal Studio Japan.
What were the initial difficulties of adjusting to life in Japan?
Facilities here are especially state-of-the-arts and that was kind of tricky for me to figure out how to use it initially. However, people surrounding me are always willing to give me advice and instructions every time I need help.

Enjoyable, peaceful but challenging.
What attributes do you believe will make a recruit succeed at work in the Firm?
Never stop learning and completing yourself. In a fast-paced working environment, you always have to improve your knowledge to adapt the work needs. Besides, having a good communication skill is also an advantage in solving problems.
