Mr. Fumihiro SEKIYA joined the firm as an Attorney-at-Law in our Tokyo office in 2023. He handles and provides critical advice on patent, trademark, design, copyright and IP litigation concerns for both local and international clients of the firm. He also has a comprehensive knowledge and background on unfair competition, general corporate governance and compliance, international commercial transactions and litigation, privacy and data protection. Aside from this, Mr. Sekiya also has expertise on matters concerning litigation and general commercial matters, employment and labor, and criminal cases.
