Mr. Akito HONDA is an all-rounder who provides legal services on a wide range of litigation and corporate matters. His practice areas include trademark and IP litigation, unfair competition, general corporate governance and compliance, and international commercial transactions and litigation. He is involved in assisting and representing local and foreign clients in litigations concerning insurance and product liability. He also has experience of counselling in numerous matters pertaining to contracts of various natures. 

A true “Kansai-jin”, Mr. Honda was born in what is regarded as the birthplace of Japan, Hyogo, and has completed both his Bachelor of Science and Juris Doctor degrees from Kyoto University in 2015 and 2018, respectively. He then joined the Firm in 2019 and is currently based in the Osaka branch.
