Michelle Terrence T. TIU was born in Quezon City. She graduated with a Juris Doctor (2023) from Ateneo de Manila University and Bachelor of Science, Business Administration (2016) from University of the Philippines Diliman. She was admitted as an Attorney of Law in the Philippines (2023).

Prior to joining the Firm as a Foreign Attorney in 2026, she was a project development officer with a national government digital services agency and handled data infrastructure, cybersecurity, data protection, privacy and other IT-related legal and policy issues.
