Marie-Chelle G. PANGANIBAN was born in Santa Maria, Bulacan. She graduated with a Juris Doctor (2016) from Ateneo de Manila University and AB in English Literature and Economics (2012) from Ateneo de Manila University . She was admitted as an Attorney of Law in the Philippines (2017).
Prior to joining the Firm as a Foreign Attorney in 2026, she served as a Court Attorney of the Supreme Court of Philippines (August 2020-August 2024) and also gained private practice experience in criminal, civil, contract, procurement and general corporate and commercial legal matters at a full-service law firm (2017-2020).
Before joining the firm, she served as a Logistics Management Officer in a Philippine government office wherein she extensively worked on the legal and operational aspects of Mutual Logistics Support Agreements (MLSA) and other multinational defense arrangements. Further, she also worked as a Data Privacy Specialist in the private sector wherein she successfully led the response to a data breach incident for a Philippine-based client, ensuring full compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act.
With her leadership, she helped organized the 51st Pacific Area Senior Officer Logistics Seminar (PASOLS) in 2022, a high-level regional forum for senior military logistics officers which fostered international cooperation and strategic dialogue.
