Satoshi Fukunaga

Partner, Attorney-at- Law & Patent Attorney | Osaka, Japan

Mr. Satoshi FUKUNAGA is an Attorney-at-Law and a Patent Attorney based in the Osaka office of SHUSAKU・YAMAMOTO. His practice focuses on patent prosecution, post-grant proceedings, trademark and IP litigation, and he handles multinational portfolios mostly based in US, Asia and Europe among others. He is also our legal counsel for matters concerning unfair competition, general corporate governance and compliance. 

Mr. Fukunaga is one of the partners of the firm.

Prior to joining the firm in 2016, Mr. Fukunaga has extensive experience in materials technology since working for a large-scale company before. He graduated with a Juris Doctor in 2010 and obtained his undergraduate degree in Electronics and Materials Physics in 2004 from Osaka University. He is registered to practice before the Supreme Court of Japan, admitted, 2011.
