Mr. Daisuke KAMMERA provides legal services on a wide range of litigation and corporate matters. He helps premier technology and life sciences companies to successfully manage high stakes litigation matters and represents corporate clients in a wide range of transactions including corporate operations, corporate affairs and internal management issues.

He specializes in the fields of Patent, Trademark, Design & IP Litigation, Anti-bribery, Unfair Competition, Antitrust, Regulatory (especially Medical device and Healthcare), General Corporate Governance and Compliance, Licensing, International Corporate Transactions, Privacy and Data Protection, Litigation and General Commercial matters, Employment & Labor, Special Liquidation, M&A, Alliances and Criminal cases.

Prior to joining the firm as an Associate in 2019, he worked as a Legal Assistant Manager for a Japanese medical device company. He became a Partner of the firm in 2021.

Mr. Kammera is also a Certified Fraud Examiner. He served as the Vice President of the Intellectual Property Committee of Osaka Bar Association in April 2023 and has been active in different organizations being an Executive Committee member of Japan In-house Lawyers Association (JILA) Kansai Branch, a DNA Ambassador of BNI Osaka City Central Region and a Member of WILL (BNI International Lawyers Network. He maintains an active membership in civil society organizations such as the Rotary Club of Kyoto South, Regulatory Science Society and Nagaokakyo City Information Disclosure and Personal Information Protection Management Council and provides his expertise as an Advisor for Internationalization Support appointed by the Organization for Small & Medium Enterprises and Regional Innovation Japan.
