He holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Applied Sciences from Osaka University, which he acquired in 2004 and 2001, respectively. Registered to practice before the Japan Patent Office since 2012, Mr. Ishikawa’s practice areas include biotechnology, consumer products, cleantech, diagnostic, surgical, and medical imaging equipment and devices, molecular genetics, molecular biology, chromosomal engineering, nanotechnology, licensing, patent term extensions, reinstatement and restoration of patent filings, patent opposition, invalidation, litigation, and designs.
