Ms. Luo acquired her Bachelor’s Degree in Information Science & Technology from Fudan University in 2015. She pursued further studies in Northeastern University, graduating with a Master’s Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering in 2017. Subsequently, Ms. Luo started working for the firm’s main office in Osaka, Japan. She was later moved to the Nanjing office of the firm in 2020, and has been working there since then. She eventually obtained a Chinese Patent Agent Qualification Certificate in 2021. 

Her practice areas encompass signal processing, image processing, computer application technology, AI-related technology, telecommunication, semiconductors, and mechanical engineering.
