Mr. Lynch aids the Firm’s patent section in day-to-day commercial and multifaceted strategic transactions, including assignment, ownership, transfer, licensing, and recordal matters, as well handling corporate compliance, governance issues and regulatory management services for registered companies in Japan. He manages portfolios and provides strategic corporate counsel to clients across a broad array of industries, including multinational technology companies in adtech, artificial intelligence, biotech, consumer, cryptocurrency, digital media, digital streaming, e-commerce, manufacturing, robotics, software and telecommunications. 

Mr. Lynch also contributes insights in commercial arrangements and legal cases, whether involved in defending a client’s award-winning carpeting technology before the Japanese Patent Office or enforcing the rights of major digital media companies through licensing negotiations in Japan.
